Client Testimonial

‘‘Dr. Green straightened my sacrum and my upper back and neck - very gently! Later that night, I felt this overwhelming sense of relief and relaxation in my neck. Finally, I was free from that pressure at the base of my skull!’’

Grace Walcott - Pilates

When it comes to Pilates trainers, Grace Walcott has special talent. Grace's strength is her ability to design customized workout programs utilizing Pilates and/or weight training for people with physical conditions, lack of experience or lack of affinity for working out. Her confidence in the effectiveness of rehab training is magnetic. As Grace puts it: "Whether it's working with a chronic condition, body image and food issues, or quality of life, training should spark the mind and spirit to lead to physical change. When we change from the inside out it happens organically and gently, and it becomes a permanent state."

Grace fell in-love with the fitness world in 1993. She completed her certification as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine*. When she discovered Pilates, she saw the value of blending Pilates with weight training. She completed her certification as a Pilates trainer through the Integrated Teacher Training program*. Since then, Grace has developed areas of specialization in scoliosis, Parkinson's disease, and chronic back conditions. She listens carefully to her client's goals and maps out the path to get there.
