Anabela Arau, Massage

Anabela Arau massages with her heart and her mind. She has a deep sense of the body in her hands. Her work, a magnificent blend of intuition, sense of touch, and knowledge of anatomy, comes through her hands with every stroke. Bela has tremendous focus. She feels everything.

Bela's massage training was at the National Holistic Institute located in Emeryville. Throughout her training there, she was awarded certificates of excellence for her work. Bela also has a Bachelor degree in Physical Education from the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, Portugal.
